For the last two and a half years I have done an inordinate amount of sitting. I am a professional sitter. I sit in my car, I sit at my desk, I sit on the can, and then I come home and feel so tired all I want to do is sit on the couch. And, while sitting oughtn't be knocked with too broad a brush (consider, for instance, the benefits sitting imparts on lap-dancing or a good game of duck-duck-goose), the net result has been that I'm becoming inflexible, soft, tired and fat.

Everyone knows Americans pay too much for healthcare.  What many do not know is that, according to the neocons at the OECD, its governments (federal, state, local) spend more per capita on health care than any other country in the world except for Norway and Luxemborg. 

So, how does the rest of the world save so much money when we spend so much?

I am a forth generation McCoy because my great-great-grandfather married a McCoy woman. It turns out that McCoys and McCoy blood relatives have a rare disease that causes anger control issues and have a hard time dealing with stress and anger.
